Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year

Dear Parents and Students,

On behalf of the faculty, staff and administration, welcome to the 2026-2027 school year. We are proud to serve the 1,400 students that attend our school. In over 30 years of operation, Cathedral City High School continues to grow in all areas of academic, athletic and extra-curricular life highlighted by consistent growth. We credit our continued academic growth to our hardworking staff and outstanding scholars. Below is a list of many programs offered at CCHS:

The goal of CCHS is to continue to develop the existing programs on our campus and to constantly strive to add new ideas on our campus for the benefit of our scholars.

Principal's Message

Dear Cathedral City High School Families,

It is with great pride and gratitude that I write to you as the principal of Cathedral City High School. Each day, I am inspired by the passion, resilience, and spirit of our students, staff, and families who make CCHS such a special place to learn and grow. Together, we embody the strength of our Lion community a family that believes in supporting one another, celebrating success, and striving for excellence in all that we do.

As we continue to grow, I am excited about the opportunities ahead and the unwavering support we receive from our families and community partners. Your involvement, whether through attending events, encouraging your student's learning, or volunteering your time, truly makes a difference.

Cathedral City High School offers a wide range of programs that reflect our commitment to student success and the whole-child experience. From our International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme to our Career Technical Education (CTE) academies, visual and performing arts, athletics, and student leadership organizations, every scholar has the opportunity to discover their passions and pursue their goals. These programs reflect our belief that every student can find their pathway to success and pride as a Lion.

As we move forward, our focus remains on fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where all students are challenged academically, supported socially and emotionally, and encouraged to lead with purpose. Together, we will continue to make Cathedral City High School a place where every student is known, valued, and inspired to achieve their fullest potential.
